Victra’s story began as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra stands as an independent corporate titan headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a dedicated Store Support Center housing more than 200 skilled professionals.
